Ways to Have a Good Day Today

When we are faced with a bad morning, or maybe a bad week, it’s hard to stay optimistic. Every day may not be good, but there is something good in every day. Here are things we can do to ensure we have one today:

  • Smile
  • Relax
  • Do something fun
  • Catch up with friends
  • Grab drinks after work
  • Stop and smell the flowers
  • Think of something good
  • Do something nice for someone
  • Tell our loved ones we love them
