Sometimes it’s hard to wake up after hearing that alarm begging us to get out of bed. It’s even harder to do this on a Monday. Regardless of what day it is we always have the opportunity to set the tone for the rest of the day based on what we do in the morning. Here are some refreshing ways to start your morning and feel better:

~Go for a morning run

~Take a hot shower

~Write a blog post

~Meditate or do yoga

~Go on a beach hike

~Watch the sunrise

~Have a glass of warm with lemon, coffee, or tea

~Do something challenging like crossword puzzles

~Put together an outfit, accessorize, and look in the mirror with a smile
