Reminders

Sometimes we have bad days that serve as a reminder for why we need to have more good ones. Those days usually bring up tons of questions and we’re left with bad feelings. Instead of letting bad days take over us, we should be reminded of these good things:

  • Everything happens for a reason
  • A smile will always make you feel better
  • We have to know pain to appreciate pleasure
  • It’s always a good day to have a good
  • If we want something to change, we have the power to do it
  • We can always add color when we feel black and white
  • Laughter is the best medicine
  • It’s important to always love
