Sometimes life can feel draining. We need to take a moment to step back and recharge though. We should try these things when our energy levels start to feel like they’re diminishing:

  • Breathe
    • Take a deep breath and remember that everything will be okay
  • Exercise
    • Do yoga or go for a run to release tension
  • All about me
    • Have a day where we focus on no one else, but ourselves
  • Hit the beach
    • Grab a towel and soak up the sun on velvety sand
  • Read
    • Or write…either way, both are great tools for relaxation
  • Take a nap
    • Sometimes a couple of Z’s are all we need to recharge
