Finding Keys to Happiness

“Happiness is a state of mind. It’s just according to the way you look at things.” – Walt Disney

Sometimes we don’t have to look far for happiness and that’s a great feeling. It’s all about finding the right keys to happiness. Though there are keys to success – they don’t exist solely for that.

We should all know I’m a Disney fan by this point. I grew up with it and it’s always held a special place in my heart. As a pass holder and frequent Disneyland visitor, it’s helped me see some things differently.

One of them is that happiness can be found in the smallest and simplest of things. Sometimes all it takes is those three little circles that form the recognizable Mickey Mouse silhouette to make me smile.

Disney reminds me of my family, my friends, and one of my favorite cast members (and best friend). It reminds me to smile and gives my heart a warm, welcoming feeling. People say all the time that “it’s just Disney, it’s just a mouse”…but that’s not the case.

Some people connect with other things I would never imagine connecting with. Disney is that thing for me. Maybe it’s cars for someone else, or fashion, or art. It’s different for everyone because we all have our own set of keys. Just because one of my keys to happiness is Disney, doesn’t mean the same key will work for someone else.

Grab your set of keys to happiness and start smiling. 🗝🗝🗝
