Why Hello, October!

“I’m so glad I live in a world where there are Octobers.” ― L.M. Montgomery, Anne of Green Gables

Wasn’t I just writing a post about September’s arrival? How is it that October is already here?! Time has been flying, I’m still awaiting autumn weather, and we’re approaching the end of the year. It’s bittersweet, but it’s time to fill October with memories, fun, and some positivity, of course! What does October have in store for me?

October is known for Halloween and pumpkins. At least that’s what I know it for. The best way for me to find positivity and productivity in these next few weeks are as follows:

Get crafty. It’s time for the autumn color palette to make an appearance! I plan on decorating pumpkins, painting something new, and doing more art projects. This is always a promise I make to myself, but now that I’ve published it on my blog, I’m going to hold myself accountable for it.

Dress up. I’ve got a lovely costume planned this Halloween! I originally had to decide on a costume for Mickey’s Halloween party and I think I’m sticking with it for the hallowed holiday.

Launch my new project. You heard that right. I’ve got something big in the works and I can’t wait to release it. It was quite spontaneous, but I mentioned that my blog was under construction a while ago. Though not much has changed, it’s about to. Title? Blog posts? What is it? Well, I can’t reveal that…it’s a surprise! I’m hoping it turns into something huge though. I have a vision for it and I’m planning on turning it into a reality. There’s no doubt in my mind that this can be done with the right amount of dedication and positivity.

Happy October, everyone! 🎃
